The Mediterranean, Southeastern Asia, and Latin America flavor much of our modern menu. House specialties like Lemon-Grilled Half Chicken with its cucumber-bulgar salad or Shellfish Soup made with a perfectly crafted turmeric-curry-saffron broth are always popular and pleasing to the palette. Our Lamb Shish-Ke-Bob and plant based Kofta Ke-Bob are served with house made baba ganoush, tzatziki, tahini, cucumber-bulgar salad, and delicious warmed flatbread made in house. 

Our signature Pateras – dishes served in a long, shallow bowl – perfectly combine precise amounts of healthy-for-you carbohydrates, just the right amount of protein, locally sourced nuts and vegetables, and delectable sauces and vinaigrettes. Chef Scott Cooper’s signature dishes are a culinary adventure in flavor and texture that you will want to come back to again and again. Try the Calabrian Chopped Italian Salad with fresh salami and chicken, Green Papaya Salad featuring fresh shrimp, or the marinated prime flat iron steak in the Chimichurri Steak Frites to fill your belly (and bring joy to your mouth!).

And healthy eating doesn’t mean you can’t splurge on a dessert now and again. Our Warm Chocolate Heaven is as incredible as it sounds – a flourless chocolate souffle with the freshest whipped cream awaits! (But please pre-order as this treat takes 20 minutes for our chefs to prepare.) If chocolate isn’t for you, the Coconut Rice Pudding made with Jasmine rice, coconut milk, and touches of cinnamon, orange, and toasted pistachios is another incredible choice.
